OVERVIEW

Kuyumcukent is the world's largest integrated jewelry complex, located in Yenibosna, Istanbul, bringing together gold, silver, and jewelry production, marketing, and sales functions under one roof.

Launched in the early 2000s as a cooperative project, it now houses over 2,500 companies and centralizes all processes of the jewelry industry—from production to retail—under one roof.

Spanning a total land area of 180,000 m², the first phase of Kuyumcukent, completed in 2005, consists of two independent blocks: The Workshops Block (which includes 7 factory-type workshops) and the Stores Block (consisting of 2 separate plazas with shopping malls and offices) are independent blocks connected by tube passages. The blocks rise on a total gross construction area of 328,000 m². Kuyumcukent was constructed in accordance with European Union standards. All infrastructure and superstructure meet EU criteria.

Kuyumcukent is a facility constructed at a cost of approximately 200 million USD; if rebuilt at today's construction costs, the estimated cost would reach 1.1–1.3 billion USD.

The Workshops Block has a total of seven floors, including a basement, ground floor, and five normal floors. The block houses manufacturing workshops, factories, ancillary service stores, state and private bank branches, infirmaries, and parking lots ranging in size from 25 m², 50 m², and 100 m² to 2,000 m².

The Shops Block consists of 5 floors: 2 basements, a ground floor, and the 1st and 2nd floors. The block includes open and closed parking lots, retail stores ranging from 25 m² to 500 m² for jewelry and daily shopping, multi-purpose meeting rooms, wedding halls, event companies, restaurants, fast food units, and cafes. At each end of the block, there are 7-story plazas.

Kuyumcukent is located just 35 minutes from Istanbul Airport, 45 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and 5 minutes from Atatürk Airport. In addition to being very close to the intersection of the E-5 and TEM highways, it is within walking distance of the Kuyumcukent/Çobaçeşme Metro Station. It also offers easy access to many parts of Istanbul by bus. This accessibility advantage makes Kuyumcukent one of Istanbul's most convenient business centers in terms of transportation for both local and international industry representatives, visitors, and investors.

Kuyumcukent offers a unique working environment for industry professionals with its integrated production-trade-office infrastructure, strategic transportation advantage, European-standard buildings and systems, 24/7 security and technical infrastructure, and central management services. Its location intertwined with the financial and investment world and its extensive social living areas also create value beyond business life.
