Explicit Consent Statement
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I have been informed by the company regarding the relevant legal regulations and my rights under this framework. I have read and reviewed the information notice provided to me.
Within the scope of the relevant legislation, I hereby give my explicit consent for the processing of my personal data and special categories of personal data — including those that identify or may be used to identify me — which I have provided verbally, in writing, and/or through electronic means to Kuyumcukent İşletme Anonim Şirketi.
I consent to the processing of such data by Kuyumcukent İşletme Anonim Şirketi for the purposes of providing the requested services and for planning such services as required by the nature of the work. I also consent to the sharing of my personal and special category personal data with third parties and institutions when necessary, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
I hereby approve the processing of my personal data and special categories of personal data, as detailed below, within the scope and definition provided by the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
