Kuyumcukent consists of 7 factories, more than 1.000 small and medium-sized production workshops, 550 support service stores, 724 independent retail units, and 127 contemporary offices spread across three main blocks. Covering a gross construction area of 328,000 m2, these blocks are interconnected with underpasses to ensure uninterrupted production and trade. Welcoming 30.000-40.000 visitors daily and employing nearly 30,000 people, Kuyumcukent makes a major contribution to Turkey's industrial and commercial ecosystem.

The buildings, constructed with state-of-the-art technology, are equipped with centralized air conditioning, fresh air and exhaust ventilation systems, production-specific treatment infrastructure, and the latest elevator systems. At all entrances, X-ray devices, experienced security personnel, and smart card rurnstile systems are in place addition, Al-powered surveillance cameras continuously monitor all common areas 24/7. Modernized factory entrances, next-generation elevators, renovated shopping mall and plaza restrooms with hotel-like comfort, as well as shop entrances with sliding and revelving doors, have enhanced both security and user experience.
Time-Saving Digital Integration Services
Digital infrastructure is an inseparable part of Kuyumcukent's management processes. Tenants and owners can pay their dues online via banking systems, while also submitting technical requests through the website even outside working hours. Parking access has been automated with KIOSK-supported credit card payment systems and license plate recognition-integrated barriers. Together with newly renewed asphalt roads, both vehicle comfort and overall user satisfaction have been significantly improved.
Autonomous Cleaning: 24/7 Smart Service
Cleaning in our facility is not just a routine; it is carried out with precision supported by advanced technology. Our expert team, working in three shifts, ensures hygiene and comfort in 128,000 m2 of common areas with state-of-the-art autonomous cleaning robots and ride-on scrubbers. This machine-assisted system increases efficiency while providing uninterrupted cleanliness for visitors.
Sustainability and Environmental Awareness
With charging stations ready for electric vehicles, eco-friendly transportation is encouraged, while automation-integrated fire detection systems further strengthen facility safety. All infrastructure systems have been modernized to comply with sustainability criteria, and periodic maintenance processes are managed professionally.
