The path to institutionalization goes through incorporation. At the 2003 annual general meeting, the decision to incorporate was unanimously adopted, and KİAŞ was established on July 14, 2004. Below, we have explained in question-and-answer format the services KİAŞ will provide on your behalf and how it will protect your interests while performing these services.
WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR PROFESSIONAL OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT?
Professional companies extend the economic life of facilities and add value to them through their expert management teams, advanced marketing strategies, and computer-assisted maintenance management systems. Today, even very large companies entrust the management of their real estate to professional management companies.
As can be seen from the examples below, all large-scale business centers, shopping and trade centers such as KUYUMCUKENT carry out their management and operation activities either through management companies they have established within their own organizations or through management and operation services they obtain from existing management companies. This is the model applied all over the world and in our country as well. An important point to note here is that services must be obtained through a company. KİAŞ will maintain and repair the waste treatment facilities and equipment you have invested in, ensuring the long-term and healthy use of the units.
KİAŞ will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all common areas. It will provide you and your employees with a clean and healthy working environment.
KİAŞ will provide you with exemplary, healthy environmental conditions.
KİAŞ will ensure the safety of the entire facility and, consequently, your safety, allowing you to focus solely on your work without having to incur additional expenses for security.
KİAŞ will be responsible for the technical maintenance and repair of the entire facility and the smart buildings within it. You will not have to deal with problems such as power outages, water outages, or generator issues that require your attention and solutions.
KİAŞ will act as a bridge between all users of Kuyumcukent. It will resolve any disputes that may arise.
KİAŞ will promote your production, wholesale, and retail activities at domestic and international fairs, organize seminars, and engage in all kinds of educational activities.
KİAŞ will organize training programs to address the industry's shortage of qualified personnel, collaborate with universities, and support the industry in terms of human resources.
KİAŞ will ensure that the entire facility is managed and organized according to the same rules.
KİAŞ will provide all the services and benefits it has provided for the Kuyumcukent Phase I project, without exception, during the operation and management phases of new investments.
